Learning only from the best
Many world championship titles and Olympic medals are no matter of luck. Brett Sutton is in triathlon since the 90’s and he knows knows how to successfully train. Since last year, Trisutto.com offer a course for coaches to learn Trisutto training methodology. It contains the practical part during two Trisutto camps and the interactive, more theoretical part leading by a “mentor coach”.
– As a coach, my development is very important to me – says Tomasz Spaleniak, active triathlete and coach. – I have decided to take part in the Trisutto course to learn from the best. I am very happy with this decision. This education perfectly complemented my experience as a coach. This was something different from the other learning courses, which are full of the same theoretical scientific content. Information in Trisutto Academy was practical, verified in the real world of triathlon. It gave me many answers for important training questions and widened my horizons. Direct meetings with Brett Sutton were very valuable and inspirational. I have learned also about communication with athlete, responsibility, leadership and other features that make a unique coach. This was much more than training physiology knowledge – summarizes Tomasz Spaleniak.
