I started training Triathlon in 2009. I gained experience and skills in practical training with full commitment, often with leading Polish players and under the guidance of eminent Polish trainers. Specializes over a distance of 1 / 2IM, but finished the Ironman and 3 marathons.
For several years, I am helping other players as a personal trainer. Each of my students gradually making progress drawing passion for the sport. Sam is still developing as a player and coach. His experience and knowledge gained on their own mistakes sometimes, broadening currently on course coaching Trisutto, from the most successful coaches triathlon. I’ve also done instructor course triathlon and sports nutrition.
Age group athletes who combine training with the duties of everyday life are an inspiration to me. The successes of my students to me are equally valuable as mine.
I am working with Tom for 2 years. Robust coach, always available, calls back :-), exudes a calm that is very necessary that madcap like me. Training schedule was always on time, take into account all the take-offs and skillfully wove them in the plan. Since the start of cooperation my score at 1 / 2IM changed the fight for life at 5h50 ‘to play with no soreness in 5h15′. Tom repeatedly knew better than me what I can do. It’s fun to have someone watching over you …
As the most professional approach to planning and evaluation of training and realized a very good current contact. Training tailored to the current form and the possibility of time player. The possibility of correction of training during the week.
Tomek is 100% professional. The plan is always tailored to the needs, opportunities and goals for the season. For 3 years of cooperation I improved my result at a distance of 1 / 2IM about half an hour and I beat all the records in the 3 disciplines. I would recommend this coach to anyone who wants to learn to work systematically and achieve better results.
